私隱政策（中文）

1. 關於我們

本應用由獨立開發者製作，與車公廟並無任何官方或從屬關係。本政策說明本應用如何處理資料。本應用不要求註冊帳戶，亦不會收集您的姓名、電郵或電話。

2. 我們處理的資料

本應用本身不建立用戶帳戶。下列資料主要由第三方服務（見第 4 節）為相關功能而處理：

廣告（Google AdMob）：可能存取廣告識別碼（iOS IDFA / Android 廣告 ID）及裝置／概略資訊，用於顯示廣告（個人化或非個人化）。
分析（Firebase Analytics）：使用行為事件（如求籤、簽到、購買、畫面瀏覽）、裝置資訊及匿名識別碼，用於了解及改進應用。
當機報告（Firebase Crashlytics）：當機發生時的裝置狀態與診斷資訊，用於修復問題。
推送通知（Firebase Cloud Messaging）：裝置推送權杖，用於發送通知。
內購（App Store / Google Play）：購買由平台處理，本應用不會收集或儲存您的付款資料；只在您的裝置本機記錄「是否已去廣告」等狀態。
本機儲存：設定、簽到記錄、收藏、免廣告狀態等只儲存在您的裝置，不會上傳。
遠程內容：應用會向內容伺服器讀取籤文等 JSON 資料；此過程不傳送個人資料，惟伺服器標準日誌可能記錄 IP 位址等技術資訊。

3. 使用目的

提供及改進應用功能、顯示廣告、分析使用情況、修復當機、發送通知。

4. 第三方服務

本應用使用 Google 提供的 AdMob 與 Firebase（Analytics、Crashlytics、Cloud Messaging）。這些服務的資料處理受 Google 私隱政策約束：https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. 廣告與追蹤選擇

iOS：系統會就追蹤徵求您的同意（App Tracking Transparency），您可隨時於「設定」更改。
Android／iOS：您可於裝置設定重設或限制廣告識別碼，以取得非個人化廣告。
購買「永久去廣告」後，本應用將不再顯示廣告。

6. 資料保留

第三方收集的資料依其各自政策保留；本機資料會一直保存至您刪除本應用為止。

7. 兒童私隱

本應用並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，亦不會在知情下收集兒童的個人資料。

8. 您的權利

您可隨時刪除本應用以清除所有本機資料。如對私隱有任何疑問或要求，請以下方電郵聯絡我們。本應用面向香港用戶，我們會合理遵循《個人資料（私隱）條例》的原則。

9. 資料安全

我們採取合理措施保護資料；惟沒有任何傳輸或儲存方式可保證絕對安全。

10. 跨境傳輸

上述第三方（Google）可能於香港以外地區處理及儲存資料。

11. 政策變更

本政策或會不時更新，更新版本將於此頁公布並更新生效日期。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. About Us

This app is made by an independent developer and has no official or affiliated relationship with Che Kung Temple. This policy explains how the app handles data. The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, or phone number.

2. Data We Process

The app itself does not create user accounts. The following data is processed mainly by third-party services (see Section 4) to provide their respective features:

Advertising (Google AdMob): may access an advertising identifier (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID) and device/coarse information to serve ads (personalized or non-personalized).
Analytics (Firebase Analytics): usage events (e.g. drawing a lot, check-in, purchase, screen views), device info, and pseudonymous identifiers, used to understand and improve the app.
Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): device state and diagnostics at the time of a crash, used to fix issues.
Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging): a device push token, used to deliver notifications.
In-App Purchases (App Store / Google Play): purchases are handled by the platforms; the app does not collect or store your payment information. The app only records entitlement (e.g. "ads removed") locally on your device.
Local Storage: settings, check-in records, favorites, and ad-free status are stored only on your device and are not uploaded.
Remote Content: the app fetches JSON content (such as fortune texts) from a content server; no personal data is sent, though standard server logs may record technical info such as IP address.

3. How We Use Data

To provide and improve the app, serve ads, analyze usage, fix crashes, and send notifications.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses Google AdMob and Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging). Their data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Advertising & Tracking Choices

iOS: you will be asked for tracking consent (App Tracking Transparency) and may change it anytime in Settings.
Android/iOS: you may reset or limit the advertising identifier in device settings for non-personalized ads.
After purchasing "Remove Ads (Permanent)", the app no longer shows ads.

6. Data Retention

Data collected by third parties is retained per their respective policies; local data remains until you delete the app.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Your Rights

You can delete the app at any time to remove all local data. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at the email below. The app serves users in Hong Kong and we reasonably follow the principles of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. International Transfers

The third parties above (Google) may process and store data outside Hong Kong.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
